Aftab & Glenn Baretto, director of the movie wanted Shah Rukh to do the voice over, thus they go on the set of my name is khan & asking for him that being their 1st movie they desire Shah Rukh Khan to do a tone of voice over. They were in a very big surprise that he decided immediately.
